Rafael Ribeiro, current ILS Secretary, has taken on the position of Assistant General Counsel—Global Ethics and Compliance at The Walt Disney Company. As AGC, Rafael will be responsible for compliance matters and investigations in the Americas. Rafa and his family will be relocating to Burbank, CA, in August.
