The Florida Bar International Law Section invites all its Members to attend the Annual Meeting of the American Bar Association, Section of International Law taking place virtually on April 14-16, 2021.
The annual meeting is the central point of the Section year, where the ABA ILS members, committees, and Section leaders gather with each other, leaders of other bar associations, and the international legal community. Although the event will be gathering virtually, this year will be no different. The ABA International Law Section will join a worldwide audience to hear leaders in international law from former Legal Advisers to the United States, to a Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, a former Prime Minister of Canada, and to General Counsel for the World Bank.
Panels of leading experts will address cutting edge issues and emerging conditions that drive cross border work, including , deals and the risks presented in our current environment, litigation, technology, trade, national security, human rightsand the rule of law – all with a focus on the Americas . The world has been dealing with extraordinary times and the Annual Meeting promises extraordinary programs that reflect our times.
