Perera, retired Professor of Law at the American University Washington College of Law in Washington D.C. The presentation will focus on issues common to investor/State arbitration, including nationality of claims, state responsibility for acts of agents of the state, and right of non-signatory claimants. Directors Roundtable invites all Florida Bar – International Law Section members in the Jacksonville area to the VIP program presenting the world honor for General Counsel to Marc Mayo and the Legal Department of FIS at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), Theatre, 333 North Laura Street, Jacksonville, FL from 8:30 to 10:45 AM.
