Board certified in International Law, Quinter was appointed by The Florida Bar to the International Law Certification Committee. Quinter has been recognized for his experience and leadership in several peer reviews and other ratings. Florida Trend magazine recognized him among its “Legal Elite” in the area of international law. This designation was based upon a poll of Florida attorneys, who selected peers in the top 2 percent of their respective practice areas.
