FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – November 5, 2014 – Peter Quinter, Shareholder in Charge of the Customs and International Trade Law Group at the law firm of GrayRobinson, P.A., will present on November 15, 2014, to the WM. Reece Smith, Jr. Leadership Academy of The Florida Bar. Quinter will present information on The Florida Bar International Law Section during the group’s regional meeting and educational session. The theme of the November 2014 program is “Effective Interaction and Communication as Leaders.”
Quinter is Chair of the International Law Section of The Florida Bar and serves as Chair of the Florida Bar’s International Trade and Customs Committee. He is also Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Customs Law and International Transportation Committees, selected as one of the top customs lawyers in the United States in Chambers USA 2014 and Board Certified in International Law by The Florida Bar. He primarily represents individuals and companies in resolving problems regarding their import and export activities, especially matters involving U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
