Peter A. Quinter, Shareholder in Charge of the Customs and International Trade Law Group at the law firm of GrayRobinson, P.A., will moderate the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Food and Drug Administration and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agency roundtable, “Navigating the Convergence of Compliance,” at the 9th National Forum on Import Compliance and Enforcement. The conference, scheduled for June 12-13, 2014, will guide attendees through the challenges of import compliance and how to interact with and respond to U.S. Customs and Border Protection and other government agencies. The session moderated by Quinter will address how CBP enforcement and other agency requirements are converging and what it means for day-to-day operations.
Quinter is Vice Chair of the American Bar Association’s Customs Law Committee and Chair of the Florida Bar’s International Trade and Customs Committee.
