Attorney Peter Quinter, shareholder and chair of the Customs and International Trade Law Group in GrayRobinson’s Miami and Fort Lauderdale law firm offices, was appointed to the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of International Law’s Customs Law Committee as a senior advisor for a one year term. Mr. Quinter has also served as chair and currently serves as vice-chair for the committee. The customs law committee focuses on the full range of laws and regulations administered by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in connection with the importation and exportation of merchandise, voluntary programs established by CBP, as well as enforcement initiatives and developments.
