ILQ Call for Articles – Winter 2021:

Focus on Digital Law

The editors of the International Law Quarterlyw School Liaison Committee (LSLC) are soliciting articles for the Winter 2021 edition, which will focus on Digital Law. Possible topics include (but are not limited to) the legal rights and restrictions governing technology, digital/e-commerce, data piracy and digital security, blockchain, bitconi and digital currency, electronic discovery issues, and practicing international law in the digital age. Timely articles not specifically dealing with international digital law will also be considered for inclusion in this edition.
Please submit a short Statement of Interest in writing an article on a specific topic to the ILQ Editors at EditorsILQ@gmail.com by Friday, October 30, 2020.
The Winter 2021 edition of the ILQ will be distributed in connection with the annual iLaw2021 conference in February 2021. Final drafts will be due from authors by December 4, 2020.
