On September 14, please join ILS Section sponsor JAMS and the USC Gould School of Law for their Zoom Webinar on “Global Construction Dispute Resolution Update – 2020,” starting at 10:00 a.m. Eastern and co-sponsored by the American Bar Association International Law Section and Dispute Resolution Section, the Miami International Arbitration Society, the New York International Arbitration Center, Arbitral Women, and the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA). The panel, formed by Sam Moss, Counsel at LALIVE in Geneva, Switzerland; Caroline Swartz-Zern, Senior Associate-Allens/Counsel for ACICA in Melbourne, Australia; Nathan O’Malley, Partner at Musick Peeler in Los Angeles; Adriana Braghetta, Independend Arbitrator in Sao Paulo, Brazil; and James Dierking, Assistant General Counsel for Fluor in Orange County, US; and moderated by John Hinchey, Arbitrator and Mediator at JAMS’ Atlanta’s office, will discuss how, despite the evolving COVID-19 pandemic and coinciding socio-economic upheavals, the global construction and engineering industry continues to thrive.
