Peter Quinter, shareholder and chair of the Customs and International Law Trade Law Group in GrayRobinson’s Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices, will present at the NEXCO Conference on “Preparing for Trade with Cuba” in Miami, Florida, on October 9, 2015. His presentation entitled, “Understanding the Changing U.S. Regulations by Federal Law Enforcement Agencies Allowing for More Trade and Travel Between the United States and Cuba,” will discuss the regulatory changes of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of State due to the Obama Administration’s new policies towards Cuba.
